Time Out says

Koenji venue Enban – perhaps Tokyo's most reliable bastion for ultra-obscure indie music – makes one of its biannual excursions to Shibuya O-Nest this month, for the event formerly known as the Enban Jamboree. Over the course of two days, a host of acts who'll be familiar to regular Enban visitors (and, presumably, no one else) perform across two floors, in a festival whose sheer wonkiness is part of its charm. Better known artists at the latest edition include Tenniscoats and Acid Mothers Temple leader Makoto Kawabata, with visitors coming from as far afield as Okinawa, Ehime and Iwate. Also keep an eye out for human canine Jon the Dog, who'll be doing fortune telling on both days.
