Time Out says

This Staines quartet came out swaggering on 2005 debut Stars of CCTV – all Clash references and indie disco beats – but faltered badly on the follow-up, Once Upon a Time in the West. After threatening to slip out of public consciousness altogether, Hard-Fi seemed to regain their form on 2011's Killer Sounds – a record whose brash confidence recalls their first album, even if its bombast occasionally sounds a bit hollow. Either way, it should work well live.
