Time Out says

Chicago's Joan of Arc specialises in thorny avant-emo meditations that reflect the considerable idiosyncrasies of frontman Tim Kinsella, who appears to be on a neverending journey from one creative project to the other. Despite – or perhaps thanks to – Kinsella's wanderlust, JoA has managed to survive for a full two decades – a considerable feat that the band celebrates with this latest Japan tour. They're playing at Shibuya's O-Nest on two consecutive nights over the long weekend, supported by Climb The Mind on Sunday and math-rockers Mouse on the Keys on Monday.
