Time Out says

Tickets have already sold out for the first of two Tokyo dates by this most divisive of Brit bands. Kasabian's eponymous 2004 debut turned them into stars in their native UK, but its blend of Stone Roses and Primal Scream brought little new to the table besides a really shitty attitude. However, after years of irritating as many people as they enthralled, they went and did the last thing anyone expected on album number four – they made a genuinely good record. 2011's Velociraptor! may not be the life-changing experience that vocalist Tom Meighan promised, but it confirms that there's more to Kasabian than obnoxious posturing.
