Neutralnation, the urban-style next generation outdoor music festival, is set to take place at Odaiba Seaside Court in Odaiba, Tokyo. Already confirmed in the festival’s line-up are home-grown acts like Clammbon, DJ Kentaro, Lite and Buffalo Daughter, as well as the Brooklyn based band Gang Gang Dance, who have just completed their new album. The festival attracted fans last year when it was held at both Studio Coast in Tokyo and Osaka’s Black Chamber, part if the old Namura Shipyards, and this year it has moved outdoors for to become an ever larger-scale event.
