New Sounds of Tokyo Vol.10

Electronica producer Shuji Saito has garnered widespread plaudits for the unabashedly pretty electronica that he releases under his Fugenn & The White Elephants moniker. He'll be celebrating the release of sophomore album Prays alongside some likeminded acts this weekend, with live sets by beatmakers Nyolfen, Eli Walks and Mergrim, the latter playing with drummer Kazuya Matsumoto. Most intriguingly, ten-piece ensemble Yuanyuan will be reinterpreting the work of well-regarded producer Ametsub, who'll be on hand to play a DJ set himself.
