Nile Rodgers & Chic

Tokyo's premium jazz venues appear to be locked in a disco showdown in the run-up to the New Year. While Billboard Live is welcoming back former Earth, Wind & Fire guitarist Al McKay and his Allstars, Blue Note will be luring the crowds with five nights of shows by Chic axeman Niles Rodgers. Tickets have sold out for the countdown gig in New Year's Eve, but there are still some available for the other performances.
