Today's metal kids might recognize him as the guy with the big hat in Guitar Hero III. When he wasn't busy scoffing vast quantities of drugs and alcohol, Guns N' Roses axeman Slash managed to earn himself a reputation as one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Long since disenfranchised from his most famous band, and with his 2000s supergroup Velvet Revolver apparently on hold, he's currently (and belatedly) making a go of it as a solo artist. On his eponymous album, Slash recruited a coterie of guest vocalists including Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop, B'z frontman Koshi Inaba and Alter Bridge singer Myles Kennedy. The latter features as the main vocalist here, with support from Australian hard rockers Twenty Two Hundred.
