NYC art rockers Television must have more Japanese fans than they realised. After selling out their shows at Shimokitazawa Garden and Kichijoji's Club Seata, Tom Verlaine and pals added another date at the intimate Koenji High – and that one sold out quickly, too. Rather than leave fans disappointed, the group – consisting of Verlaine, founder member Billy Cicca, longtime bassist Fred Smith and relatively new recruit Jimmy Rip – have gone and added another show to their itinerary, returning to Garden at the end of their tour. Tickets are on sale now.
