The Drums

While some of the acts performing at this year's Greenroom Festival '12 have an obvious connection to the surfer culture that the event celebrates, NYC indie-pop act The Drums seem to have slipped in purely on account of their ebullient 2009 single 'Let's Go Surfing'. And hey, if the prospect of watching these oh-so-stylish Brooklyners alongside a bunch of acoustic singer-songwriters and jam bands doesn't appeal, you can always head to their solo show in Tokyo on Monday night instead.
