Time Out says

Back in the '90s, Belgian indie label R&S was on the top of the world, representing the likes of Jaydee, Aphex Twin, Derrick May, Juan Atkins and Ken Ishii. Back after a lengthy hiatus that lasted most of the past decade, R&S is now based out of London and making serious waves again. This tasty two-pronged showcase features Scotland's Alex Smoke, purveyor of icy techno and glitchy electronica, plus hard-charging Irish duo Lakker, authors of May's much-praised Tundra album and experts of mysterious, ruthlessly powerful techno beats. Domestic powers DJ Kudo and Shhhhh round out the lineup.
