Sweeten up your autumn with tofu-based pancakes at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay's ground-floor New York Lounge, where a menu of three special sets will be served from 10.30am daily until the end of November. Go for the raclette pancakes with seasonal veg for a savoury option, or skip right to dessert with the decadent-sounding crème brûlée soufflé pancakes topped with sweet chestnuts. Adventurous sweets fiends might also want to opt for the soufflé matcha pancakes, which should go nicely with a cup of actual green tea. Prepare to fork out at least ¥1,429 for just the pancakes, or ¥1,900 if you'd also like a drink on the side.
