Teddy’s Bigger Burgers

Teddy’s Bigger Burgers opened their first store in April 1998 on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, and is often mentioned among the best burger shops in Hawaii. This Harajuku location first opened in 2009, but was completely renewed in early 2014. Their handmade, 100-percent beef patties are still the main attraction, and are available in three sizes: Big (120g), Bigger (170g) and Biggest (220g). A word of warning: aside from the juicy burgers, the Japanese version of Teddy's differs quite a bit from the original. Having succumbed to the all-consuming pancake craze, the shop offers a menu consisting mainly of fruit-topped pancakes, açaí bowls and fruity cocktails, with island-themed videos getting heavy rotation on the TVs and stereotypically Hawaiian music playing all day long. Nevertheless, if you're only going for the burgers, Teddy's Harajuku still provides decent value.
