Taiwanese tea and whipped cream are combined with interesting results at this new Kichijoji shop, opened on a side street between the station and Inokashira Park in early June 2016. Pick from four types of leaves for the tea first, then ponder which one of the five cream flavours – which range from the simple (Milk) to the wild (Smoked Cheese and Rock Salt) – you want slapped on top of your drink. Additional topping options include fruit chips, soy bean powder sauce and 'olive caviar', just in case you're feeling adventurous.
