Originally from Osaka, cake shop Pablo has been building a devoted following in the capital for years with its prominently located Shibuya branch. Now operating locations in Shinjuku and Akihabara as well, the cheese tart masters are expanding to Harajuku in December, welcoming the area's famously ravenous sweets-lovers to bite into sweet, fluffy cakes filled with gooey goodness, rare cheese sablé biscuits, mille-feuilles and much more. The shop houses a small café, where six kinds of freshly baked mini cheese tarts can be sampled alongside a range of seasonal specials.
