Beer Arch at Manseibashi

The stylish Maach Ecute complex at the old Manseibashi train station gets in on the beer garden action again from July. Downing a craft brew while admiring the majestic, early-1900s structure and watching the trains pass by sounds like the perfect laidback city evening, but that's not even all: if you happen to tire of the 100-plus beer selection outside, head for the Hitachino Brewing Lab inside the facility to sample limited-edition ales from Ibaraki's famed Kiuchi Brewery.
