Enjoy a beer-y good time with a varied selection of Belgian brews and pub grub. Choose from a whopping 85 different beers, from the popular Chimay and Vedett to unique creations such as Omer Vander Ghinste’s Rosé Max, Strubbe’s Turbeau Noir and Mystic's Peach. Food-wise, you can look forward to 22 different dishes, including frites (Belgian-style french fries) and carbonade flamande, a beef stew simmered in Belgian beer. Then, round off your feast with some rich Belgian ice cream.
There’s no admission fee at the festival. However, you’ll need to purchase food and drinks with tickets. The ¥3,100 'starter set' will get you a glass and ten tickets. Buying your starter set in advance is highly recommended, as the ticket queues on the day can be unbearable. If you run out of tickets, you can always purchase more on site (¥1,100 for 5 tickets).
