Time Out says

Following yesterday's anti-nuclear power rally, Shibuya will see yet another demonstration this afternoon, this time to bring attention to the plight of the animals in the Fukushima no-go zone.

In attendance will be many of Japan's animal rights groups, hoping to bring a petition to the government that will insist on volunteers being allowed into the no-go zone to tend to the sick and dying pets and livestock that have been abandoned as a result of the emergency evacuation.

Details for the event are as follows:

2pm: Gathering
2.05pm: Prayer for the deceased animals of Fukushima
2.20pm: Speeches and reports on the current situation
3pm: March begins

Route: Jingu Dori Park, TEPCO Denryoku-kan-mae, Shibuya Station, Meiji Dori, back to Jingu Dori Park
