Ebisu Bunkasai 2016

This celebration of local culture, fashion and art returns to Ebisu's Garden Place over October's three-day weekend and features everything from fashion shows to jazz performers and prodigious child musicians. The vast majority of the events are free to attend, including the crafts market held in front of the complex every day from 1pm to 6pm. The full programme can be viewed here.
