Farewell to the Ward Office Building

Built for the first Tokyo Olympics back in 1964, the Takeshi Takahashi-designed Shibuya Ward Office building is closing its doors for good this autumn. Soon to be replaced by a new and shiny structure, the property is getting a fitting farewell with this series of artsy events, on until November 3. Head over for a wide variety of exhibitions, workshops and talks, including Halloweeny mask making on October 31 (10am-4.30pm) and Hachiko-themed cookie creation on November 1 and 3.
