Green Food Festa

Vegan fare and superfoods are the focus of Tokyo’s Green Food Festa. Get tips on how to work with various ingredients as well as information on preparation methods, nutrition and the likes at the many festival workshops. Meanwhile, food trucks and bento stalls will be hawking a wide variety of ready-to-eat healthy vegan dishes. There will also be a small market with organic veggies and other foodstuffs on sale – so you can do your part in saving the world by heading to Ueno Park from late April to early May.
