Newly harvested rice and other autumn treats are in focus at Manseibashi's Maach Ecute complex, where market stalls are set up during the first week of November to charm visitors with natural foodstuffs and other eco-friendly edibles. Look out for produce from Kumamoto's Aso, and stock up on seasonal fare while chatting with the producers.
