Looking for a different perspective on Tokyo's Halloween festivities? Pull on your costume and join a troupe of fellow cyclists on a pedal-powered ride through the capital. This festive edition of the regular Night Pedal Cruising event meets at Aoyama's United Nations University at 3pm, leaving 30 minutes later and crisscrossing the city streets before alighting back in Aoyama and the opening event of this year's Bicycle Film Festival at 6pm. It's free to take part, leaving you in good shape to spend your yen on decorative bike paraphernalia, ghoulish masks and pumpkin cookies instead.
