G~Art is an innovative brain training program that combines the power of art with mathematical configurations of breath, hand gestures and colour.

The goal of G~Art is Dynamically Enriched Expression.

Through your participation in this synergistic system you can upgrade how you see the world and the situations you find yourself in by accessing dormant aspects of yourself.

By exploring the simple and directed movement of the G~Art system, you will:

• Grow naturally

• Reconnect yourself to what matters most to you

• Activate the all-adaptive Gamma Brain Wave

This program is for anyone who wants to boost their creativity, activate a deeper sense of self, train their brain for new neural connections and experience an enriched lifestyle.

Parents are welcome to attend with kids.

NB: The G-Art system is especially useful for entrepreneurs or those in a result-focused environment.


INTENTED OUTCOME:

• By the completion of the G~Art program you will have an art collection that reflects your unique dynamic nature.


LOCATION:

• To be held at the beautiful gardens of the Spadina House, G~Art is a summer program that begins on Sunday, May 15.

• Please note the program is weather permitting to be held on Sundays (with a few exceptions) throughout the summer months.


REQUIRED SUPPLIES:

• Markers, coloured pencils with the following set of 10 colours: Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Light Blue, Light Green, Dark Blue and Pink. Additional colours are welcomed, and not essential to practice G~Art.

• Large paper pads (18x24", 24x36" etc.).

• Colouring books

• You must bring your own supplies to participate.

• Please note we will not be using wet paint during G~Art.

Non-Member Rate: $20 per class

BASIX CLUB® Level 1 Member Rate: $10 per class

BASIX CLUB® Level 2 Member (Or higher) Rate: Included in Membership
