HoopFIT is an introduction to dancing in your hoop with style. Amy will teach you how to take basic and effective hoop moves and sequence them together like a pro. You will raise your heart rate, smile and feel energized. During the class, we will explore a few new tricks and fun ways to bring them together. Additionally, you’ll be sculpting and toning all over, improving your posture and increasing your flexibility. Each class will begin with a warm up and end with a guided cool down. Taught at a slow and steady pace – we will take time to learn, practice, play and dance.
