The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery says
During our FREE Sunday Scene sries, speakers from the world of art and beyond offer their responses to The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery's current exhibitions. Whether focusing on a single work/artist or on multiple exhibitions, guest presenters draw provocative connections between our programs and broader cultural and intellectual debates.

Emily Cadger is a Toronto-based writer and art historian. She recently graduated from University of Guelph’s Master’s in Art History and Visual Culture program. Her broader interests cover the production and dissemination of illustrated books as both pieces of art and as aesthetic political products used to diffuse sociopolitical commentary into the commercial market. Cadger will discuss Ydessa Hendeles’ exhibition The Milliner’s Daughter.
