The best vintage shops in Bangkok

On the left side is a store selling various kinds of vintage women’s shoes and leather goods. For men? Go straight to the one in the middle. It sells good-quality clothing and accessories. The café, meanwhile, sits on the right.

Vintage clothing shop, Was Were Will, reflects the owner’s neatly selected garment collections – Japanese-style retro pieces that are simple-looking yet cleverly tailored and rich in detail. Zakka-style clothing, suitable for Thailand’s never-ending summers, is also available.

Standing amongst the pad Thai stalls, bars and guesthouses on Ram Butri Road is a small and hip vintage shop called the Trapeze Swingers. The two-story store is packed with vintage items for both men and women. Browse through cool shirts vintage T-shirts, unique wallet-friendly faded jeans, and a pretty impressive CD and vinyl collection. 

Another vintage clothing shop with style, Today Tomorrow and Forever offers classic screen- printed shirts, nightgowns, vintage denims and more timeless pieces. The shop is open everyday – you don’t have to wait for the vintage market on the weekend.

This shop offers pre-loved items handpicked by the owner. Haircuts are also offered at the store, although these require advanced bookings.
