The Nomad crew have reimagined the Melbourne Stock Exchange building as a French restaurant with dessert trolleys, a courtyard and an eight-seater speakeasy bar.
The neo-gothic structure on Collins Street isn’t difficult to imagine gilded in Nomad’s brand of splendour, though even prior to its transformation the late 1800s space was a vision to behold.
The bar shines the spotlight on French and American wines, and a tight selection of classic cocktails. Think Manhattans and Martinis.
