With more than 230 design, decor, furniture and lifestyle companies and creators on show, Decorex Cape Town promises a vibrant showcase of cutting-edge design, curated exhibitions, inspiring talks and hotly anticipated product launches.
Taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC) from June 6-9, 2024, Decorex Cape Town features an array of spaces focusing on a diversity of spheres across decor and design.
In the Plascon Color Design Pods you'll find a collection of room sets created by Hocus Interior Design Studio, Okhre and Mezzanine, while 100% Hospitality by Belgotex taps into the design expertise of Megan Hesse and Andrea Kleinloog of HK Studio - the international design studio behind multiple Singita projects – to create spaces that highlight forward-looking approaches to hospitality design.
In her Designer Spotlight presentation, Cape Town-based Kim Williams will unpack her unique approach to interiors, while the Lexus Designer Pods take inspiration from motoring to create four exceptional feature spaces conceptualised by South African designers Mink Interiors, Anna Correia, JH Interiors and Artep Studio.
The Craft and Design Institute (CDI) will present a group exhibition – NEXT24 – as a South African showcase that reveals the latest furniture, lighting, textiles, fashion accessories and homeware ranges from top local talents.
Alongside the décor, you'll find culinary creativity with local chefs – think Imtiyaaz Hart, Jade de Waal, Mash Mugwena and Jocelyn Myers-Adams – in the Samsung Bespoke Cooking Theatre, while on-site eateries will keep you happily refueled during the show .
Tickets for Decorex Cape Town are priced from R140 per person, and are available online (where they are R10 cheaper) or at the door of the CTICC.
