Crafted by renowned designer Martin Hulbert, Eau De Vie is a sleek and modern venue with the odour of exclusivity about it; a sense that is only increased when you observe the panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea from the 11th floor. The food served is worthy of the setting.
Eating high class cuisine is all very well and good, but of course what every first rate restaurant needs is a wine tasting room — you heard us right room, not glass but room. In this Eau De Vie does not fail. Sample wines from their wide selection as you pull faces and pretend that you can also taste the oaky hue they promised. Eating fine food and drinking fine wine can be exhausting and where better to relax and have a fine cigar than their walk in humidor, and as you might expect Eau De Vie has one of these as well. The prices are predictably premium as well, but we would expect nothing less from such a premium destination.
