The Boulevard

Once in a while we all want to lounge in luxury and, when the mood takes you, we reckon you could do a lot worse than The Boulevard in The Four Seasons Hotel in Minet el Hosn. Bright, spacious and gold are all themes of this up market eatery. Boulevard is ostensibly a place to go and have a drink, as it has a very limited selection of meals to choose from, all of which are salads and sandwiches. It does offer a good selection of wonderfully moreish pastries served daily from noon. The drinks range is much greater and covers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. For coffee you’ll be spoilt for choice, as they have a bean from every corner of the world for you to try. The Hawaiian coffee in particular is worth savouring but if you look towards the Champagne flutes and cocktail glasses you won’t go too far wrong.
