Time Out says

In order to keep up with the ever-increasing number of tourists coming to Tokyo, the Shiba Park Hotel opened this new branch right next to the main hotel in August 2016. Easily accessible from both Haneda and Narita airports, it's located close to the iconic Tokyo Tower and offers true Japanese inn-style hospitality – yes, the much-vaunted omotenashi

The rooms are decorated with traditional Japanese colours, creating a relaxing environment. In the Hollywood Twin, you'll find hypoallergenic bedding, as well as a separate closet and bedroom area, while the Comfort Twins are equipped with bathtubs, offering the opportunity to experience Japanese bathing culture. Complimentary beverages such as several kinds of tea, coffee and green tea, as well as biscuits, are available in all rooms. When hunger strikes, head to the ground floor for a steak feast at the Old City Grill House, where the menu includes lobster rolls, New England clam chowder and Cajun cuisine, plus craft beers.

Another speciality here is the range of workshops offered at the Japanese Experience Salon Sakura, where cultural activities like origami, calligraphy and a tour to a Bon dance festival are offered. You can even tag along for sake-tasting events and tours. Hours and participation fees vary by event, so make sure to check with the staff.
