Time Out says

There’s no finer place to spend a long evening than Tsuki no Hanare in Ginza. The 100-year-old Gekkoso art store celebrated a century in business by opening this relaxing café-come-bar on its rooftop in 2016. Climb the stairs up to the fifth floor and through the doors into a completely different world. Surrounded by garden trees, you can enjoy the crescent moon-shaped lemon cake as you view the real thing above. Made entirely with organic ingredients, the cake is served with honey, fresh cream and a fruit sauce that changes with the seasons. With free jazz concerts from 8pm nightly, there’s even more to savour, so grab a cocktail and settle in for a laidback evening.
