Time Out says

If it's grilled meat and wine you're craving, Ushigoro Bambina is your choice for dinner. This upscale yakiniku joint has plenty of loyal followers who keep coming back for the A5 grade kuroge wagyu beef and reasonably priced wines, and that support has allowed the owners to move beyond their original Ebisu location and open up additional shops in Shibuya, Nakameguro, Gotanda and Shinbashi. Their latest creation is this Ginza outpost, where special attention should be paid to the raw meat offerings – from steak tartare served with Italian caviar to makizushi with sea urchin and beef. If it's good value you're looking for, then you've come to the right place.
