Time Out says

As far as indoor illumination shows in Tokyo go, this one at Omotesando Hills ranks among the more impressive as you can see a nine-metre-tall tree floating above the central staircase in the middle of the complex. The stunning installation by Japanese art group Daisy Balloon is made from 14,000 balloons. Make sure to stay for the 2.5-minute light show, taking place every 20 minutes from 11.20am (last show 10.40pm). The spectacle is synchronised to music, which has been composed exclusively for this event by Japanese pianist Mamiko Hirai.
