Time Out says

French frozen-food specialists Picard set up their first proper Japanese store on Aoyama's Kotto-dori in November, while more outposts are scheduled to open around central Tokyo in the next few months. Although the 'frozen' epithet may put some people off, they essentially sell high-grade European-style food that's tasty, well presented, healthy and safe, and works nicely for house parties and the like. Their claim to fame is selling one oozy chocolate cake every six seconds and two macarons every second in their French stores. The Aoyama shop features several items popular in Paris, such as their vegetable dishes, aperitifs and desserts (yes, said chocolate cake is there too), with about 200 products to choose from and defrost.
