Tableware Festival 2017

Let out your inner Martha Stewart and head towards the Tableware Festival, the largest such festival in the country and one that's been going strong for 25 years now. Tableware from Scandinavian brands Dansk and Arabia mingle with collaborations between Imari Nabeshima porcelain and Wajima lacquerware, as well as Venetian glassware and Satsuma Kiroko cut glass from Shimazu. Products on sale range from your standard daily necessities and cutesy creations by Sweden's ever-popular Lisa Larson to some more elaborate pieces for special occasions. There will also be a talk by actress/writer/talkshow hostess Tetsuko Kuroyanagi and cooking expert Kentetsu Ko.
