Time Out says

The first thing you’ll notice about this French bakery and brasserie in front of the main Tokyu Department Store is its striking red façade. The bakery uses Retro D’Or flour made by Viron, a French miller, for its bread and sweets. The owner is fastidious about providing Tokyo with the sort of baked goods usually only found in France, and the store is always busy with customers lured in by the smell of the freshly baked bread wafting out. On second-floor brasserie, you can enjoy authentic, hearty bistro-style food. Viron’s breakfast comes highly recommended: you’ll often see a long and hungry queue waiting for Viron to open in the morning.
