Best known for its summer-only pool that offers nice views of nearby Tokyo Tower, this city-run facility turns into a three-court futsal centre during the colder months. The 50m, eight-lane pool is open from July to September – the ¥600 entrance fee (for two hours) includes access to the second-floor terrace, which is equipped with deck chairs.
