Time Out says

Marking the 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl incident, a protest is being held in SL Square, Shimbashi Station, just infront of the TEPCO headquarters. The protest will include the obligatory march, but organisers hope the protesters will come baring candles with which to light the way.

The gathering will begin at 4pm, with the demonstration following at around 5pm. The official march will get underway at around 6pm, with a final appeal planned for 7pm. Please bring your own candles (and remember to take them away with you once the event is over).
