Returning to Shibuya's Hikarie for the third year running, this technology- and design-focused exhibition is run by the People Design Institute NPO, which is working hard to encourage ‘barrier-free minds’. Their People Design project seeks out creative ways and ideas in order to make cities more diverse and accommodating for people with disabilities. In addition to the talks, symposia and displays at Hikarie, the programme includes interactive events at nearby Miyashita Park (on November 12).
