Time Out says

With Naka-dori and Gyoko-dori off limits for cars during the weekend, the 'pedestrians' paradise' at Marunouchi hosts this tasty celebration that sees members of the local Chefs' Club cram into food trucks and serve delicacies made with locally produced ingredients. You can wash it all down with domestic craft beer and shop for groceries and Tokyo-made sake at participating farmers' and brewers' stalls, while traditional crafts will also be available for purchase. More food trucks and booths can be found on the plaza in front of Tokyo International Forum, where you can also look forward to shaking hands with a gang of yurukyara, as well as in Hibiya Park, where the munching is complemented by open-air gigs, film screenings and fun workshops for kids (Sat-Sun 11am-5pm).
