Chef-patron Fabio Colautti has Gucci-ised a house to create this power restaurant and its wine bar, Glass. The glazed octagon is the zone to book. Decent wines by the glass matched with dishes such as fish and spicy sausage soup, and spaghetti with sea urchin and sliced bottarga.
