Regardless of our different backgrounds or identities (“atta” in Thai), we all come together at Khaosan Road where our differences melt away and the uniqueness of our atta shine through.
Awakening Khaosan hopes to reinject good vibes and vibrant energy to the Khaosan neighborhood, which suffered from a lack of patrons during the height of the pandemic, with eight new lighting installations. Created by local artists, who worked with the theme “Borderless”, these artworks represent the seamless blending of cultures and identities in a place that knows no boundaries.
