Located at the historic Seaholm Power Plant, Boiler Nine Bar + Grill is a spacious eatery and watering hole featuring local vegetables, Gulf Coast fish, housemade sausage and more, with a focus on using a wood-fired grill. At the Deck Nine Observatory Bar, an open air patio provides the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail or chilled glass of wine. At the restaurant, share plates of yellowtail crudo and grilled cauliflower before moving on to kaffir mussels and seared scallops.
