Hotel du Vin review Rate it
Edinburgh joined the select posse of UK towns and cities with a Hotel du Vin in late 2008, and its sheer, well-executed reliability has made it a discreet hit ever since. Jammed ergonomically into what seems like an impossible urban space, it has a busy, traditional bistro, a bar, a whisky lounge, a courtyard with 'cigar shack', a wine-tasting room and characteristically lush, modern decor in all the bedrooms.
