Time Out saysAn Englishman, an Irish woman and an American are stuck in the fog. Leo (Daniels) and Ann (Brady) are a married couple whose friend Bob (Perry) has a major crush on Ann. As the presxsure of being stranded in a minivan in the mountains begin to take its toll, cracks in relationships appear. Stylised flashbacks flesh out character details, including Leo's assertion that he was an 18th century French aristo who conducted a social experiment via the twins he fathered. This idea is as incongruous as it sounds. What does work, up to a point, is the sexual tension between Ann and Bob, their feelings gradually revealed as enforced intimacy heightens erotic potential.
