Time Out says

A plodding spy spoof, with Czech-speaking writer Dirk Bogarde unwittingly hired by the British Secret Service for a mission in Prague. The early scenes are fun, as the late James Bond's effects are filed away, and as Robert Morley's spy chief shows his knowledge of geography. But the movie rapidly goes downhill until the ending, when the number one sightseeing spot in Britain for a Czech refugee turns out to be Aldermaston.

  • This film has many good moments Robert Morley and John Le Messurier have good by-play. Bogarde is charming. Leo McKern is convincing as always and Padua location subs well for Prague. Not the greatest satire but decent. Thanks Betty Box!
