Time Out says

A silly, wretchedly derivative psycho movie in which a hotel handyman (Roberts), sexually humiliated as a child by his foster mother, goes around in a fright mask dismembering blondes. Bailey is the house dick doing most of the investigating, and Bolling is his ex-wife, conveniently hired by the hotel as resident singer and sporting a blonde wig while performing so that she's up for grabs as the climactic victim. As a gimmick, the film offers 'Duo-vision', which is simply a split screen offering the killer on one side, his victim (or his traumatic memories) on the other.
