Is your commute too dull and stressful? For one day only, a giant slide will be coming to Manchester Victoria to allow you to bring out your inner child before and after a day at the office.
The slide will be open from 8am-6pm on Wednesday October 7 at the station and is being brought to Manchester by Oreo to mark the launch of their new Golden Oreo in the UK.
Oreo says they hope the slide will allow commuters to escape the daily grind and ‘experience a taste of childlike wonder’. It follows research commissioned by the brand which found more than half of Manchester residents wished they could still have a go on playground rides.
So, instead of having to fight your way past the kids to get a go on the swings at your local park, pop down to Victoria tomorrow and have a slide – safe in the knowledge that no one will judge you!
